Product Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items carefully. If you believe there is a defect or any issue with the product, contact us within  hours of receiving your order.
Returns and Exchanges: We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for unused and undamaged items.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Customized Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Cancellations and Modifications:
Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within  hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once the order is in the processing stage, we may be unable to cancel it. Cancelation Fees may apply.
Modifications: If you wish to modify your order (change of size, color, etc.), please contact us within  hours of placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but modifications may not be possible once the order is in the processing stage without Fees
Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. You may choose an alternative item, wait for the restock, or opt for a refund.
